Just had an amazing experience getting my Toyota repaired here! Especially received great help from Marva, a really kind and helpful worker at the office on -3 level. She spoke great English, and really helped get my car get several things fixed fast and efficiently even though the shop was really busy at the time. She was great with communication and overall made the experience getting my car worked fixed here very easy and nice. We need more workers like her in this country! Also appreciated the waiting room where there was free coffee and cakes, and had a balcony overlooking the hills of Jerusalem. Would definitely come back here when needed in the future

I just took my new Toyota Sienna for its first טיפול, and besides the shock that this cost 1000 shekels!!, as I started to drive away, I heard a strange sound coming from the rear tire. I went back to investigate, and they had forgotten to insert 3 OUT OF 5 OF THE BOLTS!! I don’t want to think what could have happened had I driven away like that!! INSANITY!!

Before I bought my car, the service was lovely. They were nice, professional and caring. After that great experience, being interested in buying another Toyota, I went back with my car and all of a suddenly the vibe had changed completely. It was completely Israeli, like any other place. I went there to hang out, thought I'd drink a coffee and chat to the staff like I did when I was buying my first car. But evidently, they thought I brought my car back because there was something wrong with it. I asked the sales rep who sold me my car 'what's up?' He didn't answer, he just replied coolly without even looking at me 'what can I do for you?' I quickly realised that customers bringing their cars back wasn't something new to them, and they were prepared for combat. So I just left. Fast forward a year later (yesterday), and I took my car in for the service they promised me. A free oil change. Wanting to be a responsible owner and wanting my car to last a million km (or more), I happily took it in. But they then decided that the service wasn't going to be free, and they wanted 1,000 shekels for the privilege. When I stated that the oil change was promised as part of their guarantee (I wasn't the only one who heard this, as I took my family along to collect the car with me), the young girl behind the desk opened her sewer of a mouth and started screaming at me. This lecture at full volume went on for so long I just got up, went and got my car, and left. This is organised crime, and never mind the fact I didn't even get the car I wanted, that will probably end up in court and the newspapers. Visit these criminals at your peril.

The worst costumer service after being a satisfied customer for so many years never in my life did I have a representative raise his voice at me because I showed frustration for not having my car ready after three days it's by them. I will never usethem again typical worker who doesn't look out for the welfare of his company success.
